Due to customs complexities regarding high-value textiles, leather import restrictions, or persistent localized carrier disruptions, we do not fulfill orders or deliver packages to the following locations:

Military Addresses (APO, FPO, DPO boxes).

The following countries: Russia, Ukraine, Brazil, India, South Africa, and all countries within Central America, South America, and Africa.

Remote island territories where fully trackable end-to-end luxury shipping cannot be guaranteed by premier lines.
If an order is mistakenly executed with a delivery address located inside a restricted non-delivery zone, our compliance team will automatically void the transaction and issue a 100% financial refund.

3. Order Tracking & Customs Protocols

Tracking Confirmation: Within 24 hours of your wardrobe box leaving our logistics hub, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your unique Tracking Number and a direct tracking visualization link will be delivered to your inbox.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Belgravia Class is not liable for any customs duties, import tariffs, or local consumption taxes applied to your package by your destination nation's border agency. All administrative fees levied during or after shipping are the sole legal responsibility of the purchasing customer.
4. Liability for Lost or Damaged Garments
We guarantee that every premium blazer, dress, and coat leaves our facility pristine, securely wrapped, and double-boxed. However, transit liabilities are governed by the following clear parameters:
Garments Damaged in Transit

Our Responsibility: If your garments arrive physically torn, stained, or structurally compromised due to water or rough handling by the carrier during transit, Belgravia Class assumes full financial liability.

Action Required: You must report the structural damage to support@belgraviaclass.com within 48 hours of carrier delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the damaged clothing and the external shipping box. We will immediately dispatch a free replacement or process a full refund.
Packages Lost in Transit

Our Responsibility: A shipment is categorized as officially lost if the carrier tracking status ceases updating for more than 15 consecutive business days, or if the shipping line formally declares the shipment non-deliverable. In these instances, Belgravia Class assumes full financial liability and will issue a 100% refund or arrange a priority reshipment.

Carrier Release Liability (Stolen/Missing Packages): Belgravia Class is not liable for packages that are officially marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrierβs tracking database but are claimed missing or stolen from the customer's doorstep, porch, or mailroom. We strongly encourage customers to monitor their tracking data and provide a secure, reliable delivery location.
